PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wireless communication system in which wireless resource can be used efficiently when retransmission is requested.

SOLUTION: A transmission state can be estimated with higher precision by correcting the value of CQI(line propagation quality) (A-6) being informed to a base station on the basis of the number of Iteration times (A-5), i.e. the number of repetition times being obtained at the time of turbo decoding information obtained at a mobile station. At the base station, number of retransmission times can be reduced by setting RV (redundant version) parameters suitable for the transmission state on the basis of the number of Iteration times (A-8) and thereby wireless resource can be used efficiently.
