PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change the posture of a humidifying container and to prevent gas leakage from a piping connection part even at the time of being in contact with other objects. SOLUTION: The subject humidifying apparatus is provided with the humidifying container (4), a gas introduction path (5), a gas lead-out path (6) and a mounting device (7). Water (19) for humidification is housed in the humidifying container (4). One end of the gas introduction path (5) is arranged inside the water (19) for the humidification and the other end is communicated with the gas exit (15) of a valve device (3) through a flexible tube (33). One end of the gas lead-out path (6) is opened in an intra-container space (20) above the water (19) for the humidification and the other end is communicated with a gas supply path (25).
