PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case from which a central shaft of rotational movement does not easily fall off, and also to provide a cabinet having the case. SOLUTION: The case 1 fits the central shaft 4 of rotational movement fitted in a member to be rotationally moved into a bearing section 11 of a case main part 10, and a torsional spring 5 energizing the member to be rotationally moved in one direction fits to the central shaft 4 of rotational movement. A groove 40 in which one leg piece 50 of the torsional spring 5 fits is formed at a point located on the outer side of the bearing section 11 on the central shaft 4 of rotational movement. Also, the inner side of a recessed part 20 of the cabinet 2 in which the case 1 fits is provided with a projected piece 21 for preventing the fall off of the central shaft 4 of rotational movement from the bearing section 11 in contact with the end on the groove 40 side of the central shaft 4 of rotational movement.
