PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy dust discharge from a carbonization furnace or the like without stopping the operation of the furnace. SOLUTION: A wall member 51 is disposed in an opening 151 disposed in the bottom wall 15 of the carbonization furnace for accumulating dust. A plurality of long-sized openings 511 with a constant width are disposed in parallel at a certain interval in the wall member 51, and sliding doors 52 having a plurality of long-sized openings 521 with substantially the same shape at the same interval as the shape interval of the openings 511 are disposed near the wall member 51 movably in parallel. The sliding doors 52 are moved regularly and reversely in the directions orthogonal to the openings 511 and 521, the openings 511 are opened by matching and communicating the openings 521 of the sliding doors 52 with the openings 511 of the wall member 51 by movement in one direction, and the openings 511 of the wall member 51 are blocked by the sliding doors 52 by shifting the openings 521 of the sliding doors 52 from the openings 511 by movement in the other direction.
