<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute, at low cost, progress management necessary for minimization of trouble generation to avoid increase of management cost when performing minute progress management to all procurement destinations/procurement articles, or by frequent occurrence of delivery time delay because performing progress management of a low-reliability procurement destination as well as a high-reliability procurement destination. <P>SOLUTION: In this progress management system, in addition to calculation of a process completion report means from a process completion report means stored in a progress management reference 6 and reliability of the procurement destination stored in a procurement destination master 4, and calculation of a process progress report schedule from a delay degree of the procurement destination and a component-classified event-classified management frequency reference stored in the progress management reference 6 and an importance level of a component stored in a component master 5, decision of in-delay follow is calculated from the delay degree of the procurement destination and the importance level of the component.
