PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of conventional net for fishing that a net part locates on a linear part of a grip part in the net for fishing and can not be folded and is shouldered in an upright condition, as the result the net which is in wet state caused by sea water and a scooped fish, adheres to the body and hair imparting problems from the aspect of good hygiene, and the other problem is the danger of the net hitching surrounding objects, etc., because in shouldering the net the net part locates close to the head and many parts of the net protrude from the body. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the joint of net for fishing comprising a member attachable on the net side, a member attachable on the rod side, and foldable members on the both members, and as the result the joint allows an action folding the net part to the rod side. The problem of conventional net for fishing is solved and by installing a spring in the member attached on the rod side and setting the outside cylindrical cover to instantly lift up by the force of the spring the usual one handed use of the net is sustained.
