PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a spatial wormhole time machine of Kipp and Soane, et al. as a completed version 2. SOLUTION: For negative energy, Casimir effect or laser beam are made only negative with the use of a crystal of lithium niobate and a mirror, and the occurrence of a singular point is processed by a modification or blowup of a defined polynomial, to solve two difficulties in manufacture of the conventional spatial wormhole time machine.
