PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a tool continues to act when operating a plurality of tools by one pump in rescue working etc., especially, when an operator can not continue operation because a switching valve which is capable of manually operating by using a lever continues action until the operator puts back the switching valve in a passive position, and that the result shows the probability of incurring dangerous situation. SOLUTION: A control device includes the switching valve 5, the pump 4 which delivers working media, especially, an electrically driven pump or a manual pump and a connector device which connects the control device 1 to at least two tools, especially, a first lift cylinder 2 and a second lift cylinder 3, etc. The switching valve 5 is configured so that, especially, in the control device 1 capable of manually operating, the control device can automatically shift the switching valve 5 in basic position which can not form pressure in region of the tools as the operator release his/her hand from the switching valve 5 and a control valve 7 is also capable of manually operating by the operator because the control valve 7 is provided between the switching valve 5 and the tools.
