PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load receiving platform lifting gear capable of smoothly moving a load receiving platform and its lifting drive unit in the longitudinal direction of a cargo vehicle, and easily performing the movement and adjustment thereof. SOLUTION: The load receiving platform lifting gear having a load receiving platform slide unit 9 to move a folded load receiving platform 7 and its lifting drive unit 8 on a rear lower part of a cargo vehicle in the longitudinal direction comprises a guide rail 14 provided on the rear lower part of the vehicle 1, a slider 15 which is guided along the guide rail 14 to support the load receiving platform and its lifting drive unit 8, a guide means 63 provided on an inner face facing a side face of the guide rail 14, slide bodies 58, 59 which are movably provided in the guide means 63 and slidably brought into contact with the side face of the guide rail 14, and push-in means 65, 66 of the slide bodies 58, 59.
