PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing clamp device, lowering the installation cost to be advantageously applied to clamping a low-volume production articles. SOLUTION: A cylindrical rod 14 in which a male screw member 81 is inserted is inserted, with a part projected to the outside in a cylindrical housing 12 fixed to a base 104, and the male screw member 81 is engaged with a female screw part 32 in the cylindrical housing 12 in a male screw part 98, wherein as the screw members are fastened, the cylindrical rod 14 is moved to be drawn in the cylindrical housing 12 and also rotated by rotating mechanisms 68, 54. The cylindrical rod 14 is thus rotated and moved to be drawn in, thereby clamping a predetermined article 108 between a swing arm 80 and a base 104 provided on the cylindrical rod 14 and fixing the same.
