<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing address changing data, by which old addresses in address book data can be easily and surely changed to new address data. <P>SOLUTION: In the preparation method, address/name data associated with a plurality of name data, address data and telephone number data and nonarrival data having a plurality of nonarrival information associated with name data to which mails or the like are not delivered, address data and telephone number data are prepared to read these data by a preparation system. When a combination of name data of nonarrival information in nonarrival data and telephone number data exists in the address/name data, a processing means in the preparation system prepares address changing data for changing the address data of the nonarrival information to old address data and changing the address data of the address/name data to new address data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
