<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve for a variable displacement compressor in which a pressure sensing part operating a valve by sensing a pressure on a compressor side is formed in the exciting area of a solenoid exciting part. <P>SOLUTION: This control valve for the variable displacement compressor comprises a solenoid exciting part and a control valve body disposed on the upper side of the solenoid exciting part. The solenoid exciting part comprises a plunger moving in the vertical direction and a sucking element fitted to the lower side of the plunger.
