<p>The present invention relates to a process for the production of wine from tender coconut water. The common way of making wine for centuries is by fermentation supported by chemicals. Here neither natural water nor chemicals are used to make a highly healthy, hygienic and nutritional beverage with 12.25 per cent etyhl alcohol content out of tender coconut water and other ingredients.</p>
