PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein an existing monitoring notification system does not notify a change in the state of a monitored object and makes it difficult for a monitor to accurately cope with an abnormal state. SOLUTION: A monitoring notification system monitors the state of a monitored object with monitoring equipment and notifies it to an external apparatus. The monitoring equipment comprises a state sensing means for sensing the state of the monitored object, an abnormal state determination means for determining whether the monitoring equipment is in an abnormal state from the input of a signal from the state sensing means, and an abnormal state notification determination means for determining whether to notify the determined state determined by the abnormal state determination means to the external apparatus.
