THE GENERAL AUTHENTICATION FRAME AND A METHOD FOR UPDATING THE USER SECURITY DESCRIPTION INFORMATION IN THE BSF

A method is disclosed for updating the user security description information in the BSF, and it's emphases is that HSS generates authentication vector information after it receives the request, which requests the authentication vector information of the certain user and GUSS, from the BSF, and identifies the GUSS requested by the BSF as it has been transmitted, then returns the authentication vector information of the user and GUSS requested by BSF to the BSF. HSS judges if GUSS to which the updated USS belonged is identified as it has been transmitted when certain or several USS is updated. If so, HSS sends the updated message of the user security description information to BSF and BSF performs the update operation, or else, do nothing. The application of the invention ensures that the user security description information can be updated in BSF in time and can save the resource, prevent from generating the error during the service procedure possibly, increase the satisfactory level. At the same time, the present invention also provides the construction about three general authentication frames, and gives the provider variety of selections and conveniences the provider.
