PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To program an electronic seal preparation program and a collection program by which the data size of an electronic seal does not so large, and the confirmation processing of validity can be performed in a process less in the load of a computer. SOLUTION: An original file preparing part prepares a seal image with sealing information by embedding sealing information associated with sealing in the seal image of a sealer, and prepares an original file by embedding a seal image with sealing information in an electronic file. Then, a digest generating part generates a message digest by calculating the above mentioned original file by hash functions. Then, an encrypting part encrypts a message digest by the secret key of the sealer. Then, a seal file preparing part prepares a seal file by embedding the above mentioned encrypted message digest in the seal image with sealing information of the original file.
