PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker capable of reducing the number of parts and processes of assembly needed for fixing of a conductor and a printed wiring board. SOLUTION: Tap holes 2Rb, 2Sb, 2Tb for fixing screws 5 to be screwed in to fix three conductors 2R, 2S, 2T are formed in array on the upper face of a housing 4. Further, a printed wiring board 3 is housed in a recessed part 4b at a bottom face of the housing 4, and insertion holes are formed at power source terminals 3b of an electronic circuit for the fixing screws 5 to be inserted into. Then, through-holes corresponding to the tap holes 2Rb, 2Sb, 2Tb are formed at the housing 4, the fixing screws 5 are inserted in turn into the insertion holes of the printed wiring board 3 and through-holes of the housing 4 from lower side of the housing 4, and fastened to the tap holes 2Rb, 2Tb of the two conductors 2R, 2T at both ends to be electrically connected and at the same time fixed to the housing 4. The conductor 2S at the center is fixed to the housing 4 by inserting the fixing screw 5 into the through-hole from lower side of the housing 4 and fastening it into the tap hole 2Sb.
