PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isosorbide solid preparation prepared by forming a pharmaceutical composition which contains highly-hygroscopic and easily-agglomerated crystalline isosorbide into the preparation which is stably maintained and easily administered. SOLUTION: This isosorbide preparation is prepared by packing the pharmaceutical composition which contains the crystalline isosorbide having a granular shape and a water content of≤0.5% and a lubricant into an aluminum-containing packaging material not permeated with moisture.
