PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elastically route a wire harness laid between a vehicle body of an automobile and an opening/closing member. SOLUTION: A grommet made of an elastic material is externally fitted to the tip end part of the wire harness wired in the opening/closing member and led out to a body side, and a linear rigid tube having a required length is externally fitted to the wire harness led out from the other end of the grommet while the oscillating and expandable diaphragm part is provided on the grommet. The tip end of the rigid tube is fixed to the grommet and the other end is fixed to the wire harness. The rigid tube is slidably stored in the guiding part provided on the opening/closing member. An extra length part possible to follow the opening/closing operation of the opening/closing member is provided on the wire harness led out from the rigid tube, the extra length part is stored in the space for absorbing the extra length provided on the guiding part, and the wire harness is locked on the opening/closing member side at the outlet position of the space for absorbing the extra length.
