<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden on an operator in setting about printing with a printer, in a printer control device for controlling the printer having a plurality of printing blocks. <P>SOLUTION: In the printer control device which executes a printing operation by controlling the printer having the plurality of printing blocks for printing to a recording material, colors on screen display for specifying an object to be printed per printing block are set per printing block on the basis of operator's operation (steps S2 to S5), and colors different from colors for specifying respective printing blocks are automatically set with respect to colors on screen display for specifying an object to be double printed by two or more printing blocks (step S6). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
