PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna system for remotely controlling locking/unlocking or the like of a vehicle door and a communication system using the antenna system whereby the resonance frequency can be adjusted in a short time. SOLUTION: The antenna system is configured by connecting a relay terminal 15 capable of forming a consecutive conductor in spiral when its prescribed part is cut off to one end of a coil 14 wound on a magnetic body 2. Since the conductor consecutive in spiral, i.e., a coil can be formed by having only to cut off the prescribed part, the inductance of the coil can be adjusted by adjusting the number of cut-off parts, resulting in that the resonance frequency can be adjusted attended with the adjustment, then the antenna system the resonance frequency of which can be adjusted in a short time and the communication system employing the antenna system can be obtained.
