A method of processing geo-statistical data includes piloting a watercraft with a monitoring system on a water body, measuring depths of the water body, elevations of the watercraft, and positions of the watercraft using the monitoring system. The method also includes aligning the depths and the elevations with the positions, creating an average elevation using the elevations, and creating a contour map from the depths, positions, and the first average elevation.

piloting a first watercraft on a water body, the first watercraft including a first monitoring system; measuring a first plurality of depths of the water body using the first monitoring system; measuring a first plurality of elevations of the first watercraft using the first monitoring system; measuring a first plurality of positions of the first watercraft using the first monitoring system; aligning the first plurality of depths and the first plurality of elevations with the first plurality of positions; creating a first average elevation using the first plurality of elevations; and creating a first contour map from the first plurality of depths, the first plurality of positions, and the first average elevation.
