The invention relates to mining industry and can be used for cutting masonry units, namely wall building blocks in open quarries. The inventive result is directed at simplifying design of low-bench rock-cutting machine, increasing its reliability and decreasing its dimensions. The low-bench rock-cutting machine comprises a chassis 1, with open rollers 2, a mechanism 3 for moving the chassis (fig. 2), vertical saws 4 with drives designed as a hingedly-mounted relative to the chassis 1 reduction gear 5 with a conic gearing 6 (fig. 3) the vertical saws are mounted on an output shaft of the reduction gear which is connected to a hydro cylinder 8, the other end of which is arranged on the chassis 1.The low-bench rock-cutting machine comprises horizontal saws 9 with a drive 10 and a means for horizontal and vertical displacement of the horizontal saws 9 made as a lever 11 and a screw pair (fig. 4). The lever 11 is mounted on the chassis 1 rotatably relative to a vertical axis 12 (fig.4) and is coupled with the hydro cylinder 13 for the horizontal displacement of the horizontal saws 9. A vertical bushing 14 is mounted on the lever end, a drive 10 for rotating the horizontal saws 9 and adapted to a vertical displacement is arranged in the bushing. A bracket 14 is mounted on the vertical bushing 14 with a threaded hole 16 made on the bracket end.The screw pair comprises a screw 17 mounted on the drive 1o for rotating the horizontal saws 9 and the bracket 15 with the threaded hole 16. During starting to avoid turning the drive 10 a stopper 18 is used mounted on the drive 10 and interacting with the hole 19 made in the bracket 15 of the vertical bushing 14.The low-bench rock-cutting machine comprises a control board 20 and a hydraulic station 21 mounted on the chassis 1 and connected to hydro cylinders 8 and 13. The vertical 4 and horizontal 9 saws are provided with a protective housing 22 and 23 correspondingly. Rails 24 and a gauge (not shown on the drawing) are used for cross-cutting by the low-bench rock-cutting machine. |
