Method of upbuilding mainly with a combined roof is intended for use during reconstruction of low-rise (up to 6 floors) old buildings, which occupy valuable ground area in lived-in neighborhood units of cities with ready engineering utilities and other infrastructure.Use of this method allows to reduce labouriousness of upbuilding, to lower the costs, to speed up the works, to avoid necessity of evacuation of dwellers and to avoid stopping of using of premises in the old building.The method provides partial or total adjoining of bearing structures of the floor of the first upbuilded floor to the roof of the old building without transferring of any additional loads to the old building. Thanks to the incline of the roof of the old building there is a possibility to use transverse arched bearing structures, this allows to reduce expenses for the bearing structures, especially taking into consideration possible considerable (for 1 … 1,5 m from each side) widening of the building. Besides, if the adjoining to the old roof will be total, there will be no necessity to dismantle the old roof, it gives opportunity to conduct the upbuilding without evacuation of dwellers. |
