Phenoxy amine compounds and compositions for delivering active agents

Phenoxy amine compounds, in particular Compound A, are used for delivering active agents, such as biologically or chemically active agents, to a target. The compounds can be used to form non-covalent mixtures with active agents for routes of administration to animals. Also disclosed are methods for the preparation and administration of such compositions.
