PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing apparatus having a simple construction with which the high forming precision can be obtained without breaking a punch and the compactness can be obtained. SOLUTION: The pressing apparatus is provided with a punch holder 4 vertically movable by providing a counter punch 3, a die-holder 6 energized toward vertical direction by vertically moving by providing a die 5 and a push-in punch 7 inserted from the lower part into the die 5, and this apparatus is constituted so as to press-form a blank 1 supported with the punch 7 by setting the die 5, with the counter punch 3, through a push-down movement of the die holder 6 by abutting the punch holder 4 on the die holder 6.
