<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container and a cap made of resin, etc. which are easily and safely removed by a person with the handicapped hand or finger or by an elderly person with the hand with weak force. <P>SOLUTION: An inner plug opening tab formed on the spout of a container for a seasoning, etc. in the inside of a cap made of resin, etc. is inserted in an insertion part formed on the back face of a top lid of the cap to connect and integrate the top lid and the inner plug for opening the inner plug simultaneously with opening the top lid. The inner plug once opened is useless and is pulled out from the insertion part for disposal. In order to facilitate the separation of the container made of resin, etc. and the cap made of resin, etc., a groove and a triangular slit at the downward extended line of the groove are formed for breaking toward the inside of a mouth plug. When the cap is pushed down by the palm of the hand after the container is used, the mouth plug is broken and easily separated for disposal.
