In particular, the present invention provides methods and compositions for determining individualized Warfarin dosages based on the presence or absence of polymorphisms in the VKORC1 gene. The present invention further provides methods and compositions for determining individualized Warfarin dosages based on the level of expression of the VKORC1 gene.
