The laser pulse has the volume of less than 3 mu m3>, and the wavelength of infrared is 700-1200 nm. The emission is registered, which is evaluated in regards to the intensity, a spectral composition and/or emission fading away kinetics and the laser arrangement are shifted. An independent claim is also included for a detector by using the above method.
