The invention concerns a method for diagnosing aspirin intolerance from a patient's biological sample characterized in that it includes the following steps: a) extracting a biological material from the biological sample; b) contacting the biological material with at least one specific reagent selected among specific reagents of target genes including a nucleic sequence having any one of SEQ ID N° 1 to 25; c) determining the expression of at least one of said target genes.
