FIELD: processing of agricultural raw material, in particular, equipment for removal of skin from slaughtered animal carcass in large-scale meat processing houses. ^ SUBSTANCE: skinner has carcass lifting mechanism, leg retaining mechanism, mechanism for changing position of skin in relation to carcass, and skin tightening mechanism, said mechanisms being fixed on frame. Said mechanisms have pulling members, biconical drum, skin tightening drive with variable rotational velocity, and hydraulic plant. Skinner is further equipped with control unit, actuating mechanisms for tightening drive and for switching on of hydraulic plant, and pulling force sensor kinematically connected with pulling members of skin tightening mechanism and electrically connected through control unit to actuating mechanisms for tightening drive and for switching off of hydraulic plant. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of removed skin and reduced labor intensity. ^ 1 dwg |
