<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television (TV) server cluster system in which a TV program can be viewed or a channel can be changed. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of TV servers 102-106 are connected to the Internet system, respectively. Each of the TV servers 102-106 comprises a cluster server.
