PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor temperature at a comfortable temperature of a person without giving a feeling of extreme heat or cold to the person in regard to an air conditioning method, and an air conditioner carrying out air conditioning in a room or the like. SOLUTION: It is characterized by that change of skin temperature of the person is predicted from a temperature difference between a present skin temperature of the person and a present indoor temperature, and the indoor temperature is controlled such that the indoor temperature becomes the comfortable temperature for the person on the basis of the predicted change of skin temperature.
