PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining and transferring device in which an arm piece can be replaced without removing a component in a joint drive system. SOLUTION: The machining and transferring device 1 has the following constitution. The base end of a movable arm 2 having a plurality of joints is mounted to a base plate 16. A machining or holding means is provided to the tip of the movable arm 2. A body part 91 of the arm piece 90 is fixedly tightened to a motor housing 92, which stores a motor 97, and a bracket 93, which is for mounting a motor, with bolts 96, 110.
