<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information input system for reducing the increase of an order input operation time due to ordering system introduction. <P>SOLUTION: This medical information input system such as an ordering system is provided with a means for displaying a document format for requesting medical treatment on an operation screen, and for designating an arbitrary position on the screen, a means for storing the correspondence of the position information and item codes of check items on a document, a means for calculating the item codes of the check items from the inputted position information on the screen and means for switching information related with the medical treatment through a communication means with the other system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
