PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify the affiliate of a user or a medium page in accessing a sponsor site by a user through a browser phone by using the medium page read by the same user as an origin.

SOLUTION: This advertisement delivery apparatus comprises: a means connected to the Internet and accessing an advertisement database; a means returning a character latent picture request script when a computer A sends identification information on the affiliate B and a script generation request; and a means transferring an advertisement content D and a character latent image E to the browser C when the identification information on the affiliate B is sent by interpreting the script on a Web page ordered by the browser C. The advertisement delivery apparatus records the identification information on a log and accesses the browser phone F addressed to a link destination corresponding to the advertisement content D when the browser phone F interprets and executes an image E to send the identification information on the affiliate B for access.
