<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the thermal energy needed to melting of a metal and temperature-holding of molten metal, to enlarge the utilizing formation of the energy obtained from a fuel and to improve the utilizing efficiency of the energy. <P>SOLUTION: In a metal casting system 1A provided with a forming means 24 for forming the metal for casting into a prescribed shape, the metal casting system is provided with a melting furnace 14 for melting the metal for casting, a molten metal holding furnace 20 for holding the molten state of the metal melted with the melting furnace, a high temperature fuel cell 10 and an exhaust heat supplying means for supplying a primary exhaust heat of the high temperature fuel cell 10 into at least either one of the melting furnace 14 and the molten metal holding furnace 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
