PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition excellent in heat stability and capable of remarkably decreasing an amount of formaldehyde generated out of pellets and a molded product. SOLUTION: This polyacetal resin composition contains 0.01-0.5 pt.wt. of a hydrazide compound (component B), 0.01-0.1 pt.wt. of an amine-substituted triazine compound (component C), and 0.01-5.0 pts.wt. of a hindered phenol compound (component D) based on 100 pts.wt. of a polyacetal polymer (component A), wherein the resin composition has a total content of metal compounds shown in a group consisting of a hydroxide, an organic acid salt, and an inorganic acid salt of an alkali metal and an alkaline earth metal is not more than 50 ppm in weight as metals.
