The device has a manometer with an automatic time calibration unit (30) to calibrate the time of the manometer according to the time zone. The unit receives the ripples for the calibration of the time and corrects the time of the manometer when the manometer is activated. The manometer is not equipped with a pump or equipped with the pump for injecting air. The manometer has a strap (11) to tie at a user wrist (20).
