<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a stand-up operation from the time of sitting by allowing a simple shape without projections. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of left and right side frames 3 respectively provided with casters 9 on front and rear lower parts are formed of a front frame 11, a rear frame 13, an upper frame 15 connecting the upper ends of the front frame 11 and the rear frame 13 and a lower frame 17 formed longer than the upper frame 15 and connecting the lower ends of the front frame 11 and the rear frame 13, and the left and right side frames 3 are connected and supported by at least a high order side cross member 5 and a low order side cross member 7.
