PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visualize the correlation between messages that can truly contribute to making points. SOLUTION: From a message database that stores the messages provided by a plurality of speakers, the messages are read and predetermined words are selected as keywords from words contained in each of the messages read. For each of the messages, the total number of words selected as the keywords and included also in the other messages is calculated. For each of the messages where the total number of words calculated for each of the messages is greater than a criterion, the number of words selected as the keywords is calculated for each of the keywords. Data showing the number of calculated in each of the messages for each of the keywords is subjected to multivariate analysis to calculate data showing the correlation between each of the messages and each of the keywords.
