PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure with excellent sense of beauty capable of widening a display space without being enlarged in a display case provided with a spring-up turning type upper lid. SOLUTION: A support body 10 made of a plate material projects downwards at the left and right side parts and rear part of the upper lid 2. The support body 10 is provided with an arm part 21 and the arm part 21 is attached to a main body frame 3 by a hinge 24. The support body 10 is energized in an upward turning direction by a gas cylinder 25. Further, a tension spring 28 for energizing assist is provided. Since only the planar support body 10 projects from the main body frame 3 in a lid open state, the display space is widened. Since the gas cylinder is not exposed at all and the support body 10 is not exposed at all in a lid closed state, the sense of beauty is excellent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
