PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of building materials and to reduce furniture manufacturing costs required for industrial waste disposal, by reusing timber pieces at a possible lowest cost. SOLUTION: Timber pieces G generated from timber having the same depth dimension are aligned and arranged in a form box 50 in a single layer with their depth dimensions vertically orientated from a bottom plate 51. Next a suitable number of pressure-sensitive tapes 60 are stuck to upper surfaces of the timber pieces G arranged almost like a flat plate in the form box 50. Then a flat cover plate 53 is laid on the form box 50, and the form box 50 is turned upside down, followed by removing the form box 50 upward. Further, surfaces of the plurality of timber pieces G, which are exposed upward and opposite to the surfaces having the pressure-sensitive tapes 60 stuck thereto, allows the pressure-sensitive tapes 60 to be stuck thereto, and therefore the timber pieces G are united together in one body.
