PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky grass mower having a liftable mowing part, remarkably decreasing the vibration load on a worker by placing a suspension mechanism between wheels and the vehicle body and preventing the generation of unmowed part (stripe-pattern mowing) of grass and turf by synchronizing the vertical motion of the wheels to that of the mowing part. SOLUTION: The sulky grass mower A has the mowing part 3 placed in a liftable manner. The suspension mechanism S is placed between wheels 17, 17 and the vehicle body 4. A means to synchronize the vertical motion of the wheels 17, 17 to that of the mowing part 3 and prevent the independent vertical motions of the wheels 17, 17 and the mowing part 3 is placed between the wheels 17, 17 and the mowing part 3.
