摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe for detecting and/or quantifying a target nucleic acid through enabling improving detection accuracy and shortening detection time. SOLUTION: The probe comprises upper probes U1-Un and down probes D1-Dn. The upper probes comprises a restriction enzyme adhesion auxiliary sequence H, restriction enzyme recognition sequences R1-Rn, flag sequences FL1-FLn, a first primer sequence ED, and sequences rF1-rFn complementary to the first partial sequences F1-Fn. The down probes comprises a phosphate group, sequences rS1-rSn complementary to the second partial sequences S1-Sn, a second primer sequence rSD, tag sequences TG1-TGn, restriction enzyme recognition sequences rR1-rRn, and a sequence prEP complementary to the sequence of an extension primer.
