PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in built-in equipment with a limited CPU or network band such as a digital camera that, since simultaneous data transmission by a plurality of applications may cause a remarkable reduction in performance of the equipment, the processing thereof must be scheduled.
