PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system enabling a user of an electric vehicle to perform replenishment at a proper time. SOLUTION: The probe car management system comprises a cellular phone, an information terminal device, and a probe car management device. A control part on the probe car management device side transmits information related to a probe car traveling battery or travelable distance to the cellular phone, and the cellular phone transfers the received information to a short-distance communication means on the probe car side by a short-distance communication means on the cellular phone side.
