LABEL PATH CONTROL METHOD IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION NETWORK

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable prevention of data missing regardless of the mobile rate of a mobile terminal upon handover of the mobile terminal.

SOLUTION: Based on location information and mobile rate information of a mobile terminal MH, some radio access points AP are estimated as expected to be connected to the mobile terminal MH hereafter. Based on a time required until the mobile terminal MH switches the connection to the radio access points AP, and a time required for setting up a label path to a path leading to the radio access point AP from a gateway GW; at least one radio access point AP is determined which performs a label path setting processing, and then a label path is adaptively set according to the mobile rate status of the above-mentioned mobile terminal MH.
