摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device array and exposure head that can reduce a light volume variation with a simple structure, a method for manufacturing them and a luminous energy adjustment method, and electrophotographic equipment with the exposure head mounted thereon. <P>SOLUTION: At first, luminance that each light emitting device belonging to a light emitting device array or exposure head emits is measured and stored in a storage means 8. An aging means 9 selects, e.g., a light emitting device that exceeds a specified luminance based on the luminance of each light emitting device stored in the storage means 8. Then, the aging means 9 gives a selected light emitting device a current carrying load for a time relevant to its luminance.
