摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an iron core having a low building factor when the iron core used for a transformer or a reactor is manufactured through a process of configuring electromagnetic steel plates of the same kinds, so as to form a closed magnetic circuit respectively by the use of the directional electromagnetic steel plates different from each other in magnetic properties. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the iron core, several kinds of the directional magnetic steel plates are used so as to satisfy the formulas 1, wherein one of the two adjacent steel plates of different kinds in the iron core located at an inner side is represented by m, the other located at an outer side is represented by n, the permeability of the two different steel plates at the design average magnetic flux density B of the iron core are represented byμm andμn respectively, and the iron losses of the two different steel plates represented by the function of the same magnetic flux density b are represented by Wm(b) and Wn(b), respectively.
